Here follows very simple explanations of what Past Life Regression has uncovered. If you are interested in evidence for and research on past life regression and the stage between incarnations, I recommend you read some of the very thorough books on this subject that are out there. I recommend the books by Dr. Michael Newton and Joel L. Whitton M.D. Ph.D. among others.

Karma
Karma is prevalent in all major religions in one form or another. It is the Sanskrit word meaning “action”, and it is the concept of all actions having a consequence. Good deeds bring you good and bad deeds bring you bad. It is not quite as simple as that, though. Mistreating others will eventually lead to yourself being mistreated, often by the very same person you mistreated before. However, having many difficulties and challenges in life is not a karmic punishment and does not mean one has been bad and “deserves” the challenges. They are lessons we agree to take on with the purpose of evolving spiritually. One may take on many or few challenges, and one may be ambitious in one’s spiritual development or more or less pushed into a life of many lessons, but the challenges are truly there to make us stronger and more advanced. Have you not wondered why somebody very wise is so poor, or crippled, or in other ways lived a very hard life? Have you not been amazed at the strength they have shown? This, however, is not to say that somebody who is wealthy and successful does not have some great challenge to overcome as well. It is impossible to know what somebody has to tackle with in their lifetime without knowledge of their spiritual development.
Before Birth
Before it is time for us to return into a new life, planning has to take place. The outline of your life is drawn depending on what you need to learn and experience in the next incarnation. Some people have very set plans for their life, others may have very vague or none at all. It depends on how far in your development you have come and what you need from the following lifetime. You make your decisions for the upcoming life with the help of a planner and you are guided by the recommendations of a board of judges. In some cases, a person may be almost pushed into a certain choice because the board of judges knows that it is the best way for them to acquire the knowledge they need. You may, of course, stray from your plan during your life time. Suicide, for example, is never planned. The challenges may just be more than you believe you can handle. A Past Life Regression session can help you reconnect with your path and the lessons you are meant to learn. |
